Mailing list members are people that have subscribed to a given list to receive regular email messages, including weekly newsletters. If the mailing list management software that is used to administer the list allows it, you can also include mailing list members manually, but in this case such emails may be considered unsolicited and reported as spam by the users. Traditionally, these members can unsubscribe from a list by clicking a hyperlink in the messages they get, or you, being the mailing list admin, can manually remove them in case they make such a request or if you decide that some of the mailing list members should not be part of the mailing list any longer. Each mailing list member will see only their email address in the "To" section of the messages they receive, but not the email addresses of the remaining mailing list members.
Mailing List Members in Cloud Hosting
If you’ve got a cloud hosting plan on our leading-edge cloud hosting platform, you will be able to set up electronic mailing lists and to manage their members without any difficulty. We rely on a powerful application called Majordomo, which comes with plenty of options and it is not a surprise that it is among the most widely used mailing list client apps out there. Including or deleting a mailing list subscriber is astonishingly easy – you’ll simply need to send an email message with a particular command in the body of the message to majordomo@your-domain-name.com, meaning that you do not even need to sign into the Hepsia Control Panel. In the same way, you can also see all current members of any mailing list that you create. Should you come across any problems, you can read the help articles that we’ve added in the Email Manager section of the Control Panel or you can get in touch with our client support staff, which will be at your disposal 24-7-365.
